Job summary

Millennium Print Group is seeking a Fulfillment Lead to orchestrate daily fulfillment, warehousing, shipping, and receiving operations in Morrisville, NC. You will coach staff, ensure quality, and uphold safety and efficiency standards to meet delivery commitments.

The role emphasizes leadership, process improvement, and cross‑functional collaboration with managers and supervisors to drive operational performance and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 4+ years of experience in fulfillment, warehousing, logistics, shipping/receiving, or manufacturing.
• Previous leadership or lead experience preferred.
• Experience in an ISO-regulated environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day fulfillment, warehouse, shipping, and receiving operations.
• Provide coaching, support, and direction to fulfillment team members.
• Ensure incoming materials and freight are inspected for quality, accuracy, and damage.
• Verify outbound shipments are completed accurately and delivered on time.
• Monitor workflow and address operational issues to support productivity goals.
• Partner with Supervisors and Managers to identify and resolve operational challenges.
• Assist with scheduling, attendance tracking, timekeeping, and department reporting.
• Maintain operational records, training documentation, and fulfillment reports.
• Support employee training and onboarding efforts.
• Promote compliance with quality, safety, security, and operational standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, accuracy, and customer service performance.

Summary

The Fulfillment Lead is responsible for leading daily fulfillment, shipping, receiving, and warehouse activities while ensuring products and materials are processed accurately, efficiently, and safely.

What You’ll Bring

Education & Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 4+ years of experience in fulfillment, warehouse operations, logistics, distribution, shipping/receiving, or manufacturing.
• Previous leadership or lead experience preferred.
• Experience working in an ISO-regulated environment is a plus.
