Summary

The Fulfillment Supervisor, provides leadership and oversight for daily fulfillment operations, ensuring products are received, processed, and shipped accurately and on time. This hands-on leadership role is responsible for developing team members, driving operational efficiency, maintaining quality standards, and supporting a safe and productive work environment.

Partnering closely with department leadership, this position plays a key role in achieving customer satisfaction, operational excellence, and departmental performance goals.

What You'll Do

What You'll Bring

Education & Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, Logistics, Business, or related field preferred.
• 5+ years of fulfillment, warehousing, distribution, logistics, or supply chain experience.
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience required.
• Experience with warehouse management systems and fulfillment processes.
• Knowledge of ISO, OSHA, 5S, Lean, or continuous improvement practices preferred.
