Millennium Print Group, a The Pokémon Company International subsidiary, seeks a Fulfillment Compliance Lead in Durham, NC. This role ensures quality, compliance, auditing, and training across Fulfillment, supporting processes to meet standards and customer requirements.

The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented with experience in manufacturing or logistics, ISO 9001 environment, and strong documentation and leadership skills to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 4+ years of manufacturing, fulfillment, logistics, compliance, quality, or related experience.
• Prior Lead, Team Lead, or Compliance experience preferred.
• Experience working in an ISO 9001 environment strongly preferred.
• Experience conducting audits or supporting quality systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct scheduled audits, assessments, and compliance reviews.
• Support onboarding, training, mentoring, and development of fulfillment team members.
• Review and maintain documentation, procedures, and training materials.
• Monitor compliance with company policies, SOPs, and ISO requirements.
• Assist with corrective and preventive action programs.
• Help identify root causes and support implementation of corrective solutions.
• Track, maintain, and distribute compliance-related documentation and records.
• Analyze operational processes and recommend improvements.
• Support management with reporting, recordkeeping, scheduling, and administrative activities.
• Communicate quality and compliance information across departments.
• Partner with leadership to promote operational excellence and process consistency.
• Support safety, security, and quality initiatives throughout fulfillment operations.

Summary

The Fulfillment Compliance Lead is responsible for supporting quality, compliance, auditing, and training activities across the Fulfillment organization.
