Job summary

Gopuff is seeking Operations Associates in Maryland to join our fast-paced fulfillment team. You will pick and pack orders, receive stock, manage inventory, and help with kitchen duties if applicable, while ensuring accuracy and safety in all tasks.

The role requires standing and walking for shifts, lifting up to 49 pounds, and flexibility to cover 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shifts. Basic familiarity with web apps (Google G-Suite) is expected, and prior restaurant or retail experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience in restaurant or retail environment preferred.
• Ability to work a fluid schedule including peak shifts (1st, 2nd, 3rd).

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack items for dispatch to customers.
• Receive and unpack pallets and ensure inventory accuracy.
• Manage inventory and re-shelving of canceled orders.
• Clean and organize the facility and sales floor.
• Handle, scan and move products safely and efficiently.
• Follow health, safety and sanitation guidelines for all products.
• Prepare, package and stage/handoff orders.
