Job summary

Gopuff is hiring Operations Associates for Brooklyn location. You will support picking/packing, receive deliveries, manage inventory, and help maintain a clean, safe site. The role includes lifting, standing for long periods, and working across shifts including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Experience in a restaurant or retail environment is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of web-based software, especially Google G-Suite.
• Ability to stand, walk and lift up to 49 pounds during shifts.

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack items for dispatch to customers.
• Receive and unpack pallets, ensure inventory accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
• Manage inventory and re-shelving of orders; maintain clean, safe workspace.
