Job summary

Gopuff is seeking an Operations Associate to join the Brooklyn/New York operations team. You will report to a Site Leader and perform picking, packing, receiving, and driver coordination to fulfill daily orders.

Prior restaurant/retail experience is a plus; a flexible schedule including peak shifts is required. The role offers health benefits, a 401(k), and employee discounts. Join Team Blue and help redefine convenience.

Qualifications

• Stand and walk for the duration of an assigned shift.
• Experience with basic web-based software (G-Suite).
• Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays.

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack items for dispatch to customers.
• Receive and unpack pallets; verify inventory vs PO/invoice; resolve discrepancies.
• Manage inventory and re-shelving of canceled orders.
• Clean and organize the facility.
• Manage waste and spoilage with FIFO.
