Qnity is seeking a Supply Chain Specialist to join our Towanda, PA facility. This role will serve as a key connection between Product Management, Customer Service, Planning, and Supply Chain Operations to ensure on-time order fulfillment and proactive risk management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Operations, Logistics, or a related field.
• Experience in Supply Chain, Demand Planning, Customer Service, Order Management, Fulfillment, or related operations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.
• Experience working with ERP systems, preferably SAP.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel.

Responsibilities

• Monitor orders and fulfillment to identify supply or delivery risks.
• Escalate at-risk orders and coordinate cross-functional resolution.
• Collaborate with Product Management to segment customers and prioritize orders.
• Resolve order exceptions via reschedules, substitutions, or partial shipments.
• Provide order status updates and delivery commitments to Customer Service.
• Maintain ERP and planning data accuracy.
• Analyze demand, supply, inventory, and customer requirements.
• Identify recurring fulfillment challenges and support corrective actions.
• Collaborate with Planning, Manufacturing, Logistics, Customer Service, and Commercial teams.
• Support monthly planning processes and day-to-day order execution.

Position Summary

Qnity is seeking a Supply Chain Specialist. This role will serve as a key connection between Product Management, Customer Service, Planning, and Supply Chain Operations. This role is responsible for ensuring customer orders are fulfilled on time, proactively identifying supply risks, and coordinating resolution activities before customer commitments are impacted. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical skills with a customer-focused mindset, leveraging supply chain data, demand plans, and business priorities to drive fulfillment excellence and improve service performance. This role is 100% onsite in our Towanda, PA facility. Priority will be given to candidates who currently live within a daily commutable distance to this facility. Please note: Sponsorship is not available now or in the future for this opportunity.

What You'll Do

• Monitor customer orders and fulfillment activities to identify potential supply or delivery risks.
• Proactively escalation at-risk orders and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive timely resolution.
• Partner with Product Management to execute customer segmentation and order prioritization strategies.
• Resolve order exceptions through reschedules, substitutions, partial shipments, inventory reallocations, or revised commitments.
• Provide Customer Service teams with accurate order status updates and delivery commitments.
• Maintain system accuracy and ensure data integrity within ERP and planning systems.
• Analyze demand, supply, inventory, and customer requirements to support fulfillment decisions.
• Identify recurring fulfillment challenges and support root cause analysis and corrective action initiatives.
• Collaborate with Planning, Manufacturing, Logistics, Customer Service, and Commercial teams to balance customer needs with operational constraints.
• Support monthly planning processes while ensuring effective day-to-day order execution.

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Operations, Logistics, or a related field.
• Experience in Supply Chain, Demand Planning, Customer Service, Order Management, Fulfillment, or related operations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.
• Experience working with ERP systems, preferably SAP.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a manufacturing, chemical, materials, or semiconductor-related industry.
• Knowledge of supply chain planning processes, inventory management, and customer fulfillment operations.
• Demonstrated ability to manage customer priorities while balancing operational constraints.
• Experience analyzing fulfillment metrics and driving process improvements.
