Job summary

Safelite is seeking an Operations Coordinator to serve as the primary liaison between the fulfillment center and retail locations for ship-to-store activities. The role is primarily on the operations floor, supporting the Team Lead and Supervisor to move orders through the fulfillment process.

Key duties include releasing orders, prioritizing replenishments, preparing shipping paperwork, and communicating issues to leadership.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years relevant administrative experience in a warehouse/DC required
• 1-3 years supply chain experience preferred
• High School preferred

Responsibilities

• Release orders using daily order schedule and Korber WMS, communicate ready for load status
• Prioritize replenishments based on released orders in process
• Assist Team Lead and Supervisor to balance picking workload and adjust as needed
• Manage field inbox for issues from FC warehouse and stores, forward to leadership
• Process and bill shipped orders; prepare BOL and shipping paperwork; interact with drivers
• Manage pick assignments according to schedule and investigate order issues
• Provide updates on UPH, short ships, order fill rate, and Korber reporting as directed
• Prepare and process vendor breakage claims and maintain records
• Perform other duties as assigned and comply with policies and standards
