The role emphasizes collaboration with safety, facilities, ICQA, and training teams, delivering timely feedback to leaders and ensuring accurate hand-offs between shifts.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of warehouse experience in a fulfillment or distribution center
• Strong time management and prioritization abilities
• Solid communication and team collaboration skills
• Familiarity with safety practices in a warehouse environment
• Proficiency with ERP and warehousing software

Responsibilities

• Support department flow and optimization within the fulfillment or distribution center
• Assist with start-of-shift readiness and daily task assignments
• Monitor productivity and hourly progress; report results to leaders
