Job summary

Safelite Group, Inc. is seeking an Operations Coordinator to serve as the primary liaison between the fulfillment center and store locations, focusing on ship-to-store activities.

This role sits on the operations floor, supporting the Team Lead and Supervisor to move orders through the fulfillment process. You will work with Korber WMS, manage order release, packing stages, and communication of ready-to-load status, while monitoring metrics like UPH and order fill rate and maintaining shipping

Qualifications

• High School Preferred
• 1-3 years relevant administrative experience in a warehouse/DC
• 1-3 years supply chain experience Preferred

Responsibilities

• Release orders using the daily schedule and communicate ready for load status using the Korber WMS.
• Prioritize replenishments based on released orders.
• Assist Team Lead and Supervisor in balancing picking workload.
• Manage field inbox and respond to emails about order flow, staging and outbound orders.
• Process and bill shipped orders; prepare BOL and shipping paperwork; interact with drivers.
• Manage pick assignments per schedule and resolve order issues.
• Provide updates on UPH, short ships, order fill rate and other Korber reports.
• Prepare and process vendor breakage claims and maintain files.
• Perform other duties as assigned and comply with policies.
