Job summary

Safelite Group, Inc. seeks a Fulfillment Trainer to train new hires in daily fulfillment operations, safety procedures, and equipment use. The role supports site leadership and contributes to ongoing operations as needed.

Responsibilities include hands-on training, orientation workshops for MHE, and occasional inbound/outbound tasks using forklifts or order pickers, while upholding PPE and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Experience training in a supply chain, warehousing, or distribution environment preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Experience operating Material Handling Equipment (MHE) including order pickers, forklift, and reach trucks.
• Weight limit 300 pounds for operator safety.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on training to new hires for equipment operation and daily duties.
• Facilitate classroom training for orientation and safety workshops including MHE testing.
• May perform inbound/outbound activities when not actively training using MHE up to 40 feet.
• Adhere to safety and PPE requirements.
• Maintain a secure and clean work area.
• Fulfill other duties as assigned.
