Job summary

Radwell International LLC is seeking an Order Resolution Specialist for its Willingboro, NJ operation. This full-time, on-site role works Monday through Friday from 8:30am to 5:30pm at 1 Millennium Drive, Willingboro, NJ 08046, supporting accurate, timely completion of customer orders across warehouse and fulfillment teams.

The ideal candidate will have a High School Diploma and 1–3 years in warehouse operations or logistics, with strong attention to detail, communication, and problem-solving

Responsibilities

• Investigate and resolve order discrepancies related to picking, inventory, surplus orders, repairs, and RMAs.
• Review order details and identify issues related to quantities, condition, or fulfillment accuracy.
• Coordinate with warehouse, inventory, and order fulfillment teams to correct discrepancies.
• Communicate updates and resolutions internally to ensure smooth order processing.
• Work closely with Order Fulfillment, Receiving, and Inventory teams to maintain workflow accuracy.
• Assist in resolving issues related to missing or mislabeled inventory.
• Support continuous improvement by identifying recurring issues and recommending solutions.
• Maintain accurate documentation and tracking of issues and resolutions within internal systems.
• Prioritize workload to ensure timely completion of critical order issues.
• Perform other duties, tasks, or work as assigned
