Job summary

Radwell International LLC is seeking a Warehouse Operator for our Willingboro, NJ location. This full-time, on-site role pays $18 per hour and requires attention to detail, strong computer skills, and reliable work habits.

Expect a schedule Monday–Friday with occasional overtime based on business needs. Responsibilities include picking, packing, invoicing in P21, and maintaining inventory accuracy using WM6.

Qualifications

Warehouse Operator

Full-Time | Hourly | On-site

Schedule: Monday–Friday – 5am to 2pm

1 Millennium Drive, Willingboro, NJ 08046

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure timely and accurate inventory picking and fulfillment transactions
• Pick sales orders, requisitions, and transfers using WM6 software
• Ensure order accuracy and consistency across all system platforms
• Invoice orders in P21
• Route picked inventory to appropriate areas
• Induct incoming inventory into the AutoStore system
• Perform cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy
• Identify and report inventory discrepancies
• Cross-train in other warehouse areas to support operational goals
• Perform other duties, tasks, or work as assigned

Physical Demands

• Frequent lifting up to 50 pounds and continuous lifting up to 25 pounds

Compensation & Commission

• The recruiting base pay scale for this full-time position is$18 per hour.
• Within the base pay scale, individual pay is determined by job‑related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

Eligible for commission after successful completion of the introductory 90‑day period.

Work Schedule

This is an hourly position scheduled Monday through Friday from 9:30am to 6:30pm. The schedule may change based on business needs. Employees are expected to report to work on time, adhere to attendance policies, and be available for additional or overtime hours as required.
