Job summary

Radwell International LLC in Willingboro, NJ, seeks a Warehouse Operations Supervisor to oversee daily picking and fulfillment, ensure accuracy and safety, and drive efficiency across inventory and outbound processes.

You will mentor teams, manage workloads, and uphold OSHA 30 and forklift certifications. Schedule is Monday–Friday 10:00am–7:00pm, on-site with a $60,000–$65,000 salary and eligibility for an annual company bonus. Benefits available.

Qualifications

• Supervisory or leadership experience
• Detail oriented with strong organizational skills
• Computer literate
• Some technical or warehouse operations competency

Responsibilities

• Supervise lift and floor picking personnel, providing leadership, direction, and accountability
• Manage workload and picking priorities using Wireless Workbench systems
• Ensure accurate and timely inventory picking and order fulfillment
• Communicate operational issues and escalations across departments
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, including missing or misallocated items
• Support order consolidation processes and outbound workflow efficiency
• Mentor, train, and develop new and existing team members
• Promote safety standards, cleanliness, and organized workspace practices
• Collaborate with warehouse, inventory, and operations teams to meet production goals
• Perform other duties, tasks, or work as assigned
