Radwell International LLC is seeking a dependable Warehouse Associate to join our Inventory & Logistics team. This full-time role involves preparing customer orders for shipment, verifying product accuracy and condition, and ensuring all orders meet quality standards.

Based in Willingboro, NJ, you will work Monday to Friday from 10:00am to 7:00pm, standing and lifting up to 100 lbs as needed, with benefits starting Day 1 and the potential for overtime based on workload.

Responsibilities

• Verify item quantity, condition, and cleanliness against pick tickets prior to shipment.
• Remove unnecessary labels while preserving manufacturer labels when applicable.
• Protect products from damage during packaging and shipping.
• Coil and secure cables prior to packaging.
• Use protective materials to ensure products are protected during shipping.
• Review orders and ensure required documentation is included before shipment.
• Investigate and resolve order discrepancies with Order Resolution Associates.
• Package surplus, repaired, and inventory products according to standards.
• Maintain accuracy and productivity while processing orders.
• Support warehouse operations and perform additional duties as assigned.

Summary

Radwell International is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our Inventory & Logistics team. This role is responsible for preparing customer orders for shipment, verifying product accuracy and condition, and ensuring all orders are packaged according to company quality standards.

The ideal candidate enjoys staying active, working in a fast-paced warehouse environment, and takes pride in delivering accurate, high-quality work. Key Responsibilities

• Verify item quantity, condition, and cleanliness against pick tickets prior to shipment
• Ensure all unnecessary labels are removed while preserving original manufacturer labels when applicable
• Protect screens and sensitive components from damage during packaging and shipment preparation
• Properly coil and secure cables prior to packaging
• Utilize protective materials, including ESD bags, foam, and cushioning products, to ensure products are protected throughout shipping
• Review repair orders to ensure all required documentation and work reports are included prior to shipment
• Verify all customer service exceptions and order requirements are addressed before invoicing
• Package surplus, repaired, and inventory products according to company standards and quality requirements
• Work closely with Order Resolution Associates to investigate and resolve order discrepancies
• Maintain accuracy and productivity standards while processing customer orders
• Support warehouse operations and assist with additional duties as assigned

Compensation & Bonus

The recruiting base salary range for this full-time position is $18.00 per hour.

Within the base pay range, individual compensation is determined by job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

This role is eligible for commission after successful completion of the introductory 90-day period.

Work Schedule

This is a full-time position scheduled Monday through Friday from 10:00am to 7:00pm. Additional overtime, including Saturdays, may be required based on business and production needs. Employees are expected to maintain reliable attendance and adhere to company scheduling policies.

Work Environment

This position operates in a warehouse environment and requires frequent standing, walking, repetitive hand motions, and lifting throughout the workday. Employees must be capable of lifting up to 35 pounds frequently and up to 100 pounds occasionally. Frequent walking on open raised catwalks may be required. Closed-toe, hard-soled footwear is required, and employees must follow all company safety policies and procedures. Radwear apparel, ID badges, and access cards must be worn as required.
