Job summary

Fuze Health is seeking a Fulfillment Coordinator to join our team. You will help process and pack prescription orders, restock packing materials, and support pharmacy staff in daily activities with a focus on accuracy and customer care.

You will manage inventory of packaging supplies, coordinate with third-party couriers, and ensure timely dispatch of shipments, including cold chain items, while maintaining a clean and compliant workspace.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• WA Only Requirement: Must have a Pharmacy Assistant License.
• Onsite shift: must be able to commute to the pharmacy location.
• multitask and prioritize in a changing environment.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently package prescription orders with attention to detail and maintain inventory of packaging and shipping supplies (including cold chain).
• Assist with inventory management and support process improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate interactions with third-party couriers and ensure timely dispatch of packages.
