Broadridge Financial Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Fulfillment Clerk to join our team. Responsibilities include assembling orders, preparing mail, and following handling instructions on both domestic and international shipments.

The role requires basic computer skills, attention to detail, and strong time management. Shift: Early Week Day, 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM. Salary: $18.00-$19.00 per hour with bonus eligibility.

We are seeking a Fulfillment clerk to join our team! Fulfillment clerks are responsible for the specialized processing of the company's products. Activities may include inserting or de-inserting envelopes; printing detail sheets; collecting and validating materials; collating and assembling kits; and weighing, metering, and sorting envelopes. Special Handlers may use personal computers and a variety of software applications or vendor-provided equipment to track, process, and/or complete their work.

Responsibilities

• Collate and assemble orders, inserts statements manually
• Follow all special handling instructions
• Prepare and sort mail correctly, domestic and international
• Operate manual and semi-automatic equipment as required (bindery, folding, etc.)
• QC completed jobs and follow all quality processes
• May perform other duties/responsibilities as needed or assigned.

Preferred Qualifications

• Minimum of 3-5 years in production environment, preferred
• Associates degree preferred
• 1 year lead/supervisory experience in a production environment preferred

• Ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills

Salary rate is $18.00 -$19.00 per hour. Broadridge considers various factors when evaluating a candidate's final salary including, but not limited to, relevant experience, skills, and education. Bonus Eligible.
