Job summary

Broadridge is seeking a Production Coordinator for its on-site team in El Dorado Hills, CA. The role focuses on managing the production shift, ensuring SLA adherence, and supporting the insertion operations.

You will coordinate setup, operation, and maintenance of inserting systems, supervise staff, and uphold safety and quality standards. Shift is 6:00 AM–6:00 PM with alternating Wednesdays; overtime and weekend work are required. Bonus eligible.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or high school diploma.
• 4+ years related industry/equipment experience.
• Strong oral and written communication.
• Solid organizational skills and multi-tasking.
• Able to work weekends/overtime.

Responsibilities

• Assist in setup, operation, and maintenance of inserting systems and peripheral equipment.
• Ensure production requirements and processes are followed.
• Assist, when required, in running production jobs following all documented processes.
• Ensure that the quality of all work produced meets quality standards; report issues.
• Perform preventative maintenance and authorized repairs when required.
• Assist in the training of Insert Operators.
• Assist Production Supervisor in developing product by machine allocation.
• Assist Insert Operators in troubleshooting machine problems.
• Monitor operator performance and address as appropriate.
• In the absence of Production Management, ensure that production goals are met.
• Contribute to a safe and clean work environment.
• Stays informed of/follows all relevant Broadridge policies to ensure security and privacy of data.

Broadridge is growing! We are currently recruiting for a Production Coordinator to join our dynamic Production Operations team in El Dorado Hills.

Work Mode: This is an on-site role that will be assigned to a Broadridge location where you will work 100% of the time.

The Production Coordinator is responsible for their shift by managing the production dept. in any capacity when / where needed. Escalate SLA's impact issues: Not enough staff, machine downtime or any other potential issues. Need to focus on the associates, the clients and the shareholders.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the setup, operation, and maintenance of inserting systems and other peripheral equipment.
• Ensure production requirements and processes are being followed.
• Assist, when required, in the running of production jobs following all documented processes.
• Ensure that the quality of all work produced meets quality standards. Immediately brings any quality issues/problems to the attention of the shift Supervisor or Manager.
• Performs preventative maintenance and authorized repairs when required.
• Assist in the training of Insert Operators.
• Assist Production Supervisor in developing product by machine allocation.
• Assist Insert Operators in trouble shooting machine problems.
• Monitor operator performance and address as appropriate.
• In the absence of Production Management, ensure that production goals are met.
• Contribute to a safe and clean work environment.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Stays informed of/follows all relevant Broadridge policies to ensure the security and privacy of data as well as professional business conduct.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or high School graduate
• 4+ years related industry/equipment experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong oral and written communication skills. Must be able to communicate effectively with staff and management at multiple levels.
• Solid organizational skills. Must be able to effectively multi-task and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Must be detail-oriented and able to review printed documents to ensure that they meet quality standards.
• Must be a self-starter and demonstrate strong initiative.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Must be able to work effectively in a team environment.
• Must be flexible to work overtime, including weekends.
• Demonstrate basic machine skills.
• Basic PC skills.
• Requires the ability to work weekends, holidays, and overtime as required.
• Requires standing for long periods of time; stooping and kneeling; lifting to waist up to 20 pounds.

The compensation rate for this position is $21.75 - $29.04 per hour. Broadridge considers various factors when evaluating a candidate's final salary including, but not limited to, relevant experience, skills, and education.

Shift: LWD - Thursday, Friday, Saturday & Alt Wednesdays 6::00 AM to 6:00 PM
