Safelite Fulfilment in Windsor, CT is seeking a Fulfillment Trainer to train new hires in daily operational duties and support site leadership. The role covers hands-on equipment operation, safety practices, and day-to-day workflow efficiency.

Shift: Mon-Fri 9:00am–5:30pm. Pay up to $28.50/hour with premiums for 3pm–11pm and 11pm–5am. Benefits include 401(k) with company matching, medical plans, PTO, tuition reimbursement up to $5,250/year, paid training, and access to Safelite benefits.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands‑on training to new hires for equipment operation and daily duties.
• Facilitate classroom training for new hire orientation and safety sessions.
• May operate MHE (forklifts, reach trucks, order pickers) when not training.
• Adhere to safety and PPE requirements.
