Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking a Process Assistant to support Area Manager duties across Fulfillment Center areas. You will help allocate labor, lead meetings, and communicate with suppliers while covering for Area Managers during vacations.

The role includes tracking labor hours, training associates, ensuring SOP compliance, and supporting safety initiatives. A flexible schedule and ability to lift up to 49 pounds are required.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of Microsoft Office products and applications experience.
• Flexible schedule to include weekends, nights, and holidays.
• Ability to lift up to 49 pounds and stand/walk for long shifts.
• Able to work 40 hours/week with overtime as required.

Responsibilities

• Support and work in the department as required.
• Allocate labor, lead meetings, assign duties, and communicate with internal and external suppliers.
• Provide vacation coverage for Area Managers and track ATS/labor hours.
• Assist floor with training, SOP compliance, and safety initiatives.
• Maintain clean, organized work areas and review SOPs as needed.
• Identify safety hazards and coach associates to work safely at all times.
