Job summary

Amazon Inc. in Minnesota seeks a Process Assistant to support Area Manager operations across Fulfillment Center areas. You will help manage department duties, allocate labor, lead meetings, and coordinate with suppliers while ensuring safety and policy adherence.

The role requires a flexible schedule, ability to lift up to 49 pounds, and a readiness to work 40 hours with overtime as needed. Prior experience with Office apps and strong communication are valued.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience with Microsoft Office products and applications.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends, nights, and holidays.
• Physical ability to lift up to 49 pounds and stand/walk for shifts up to 12 hours.

Responsibilities

• Support daily management of department duties and labor allocation.
• Lead meetings, assign job duties, and communicate with internal and external suppliers.
• Provide vacation coverage for Area Managers and assist in daily production goals.
• Track, report, and improve area performance and safety practices.
