Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking Process Assistants for our outbound operations in Carencro, LA. The role involves picking/packing orders, receiving and stowing products, ensuring inventory accuracy, and loading/unloading trucks.

Lead roles will communicate instructions, motivate teammates, and maintain safe work areas. The position requires 18+, ability to work 40 hours weekly with overtime, and lifting up to 49 pounds.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of Microsoft Office products and applications experience.
• High school or equivalent.
• Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays.
• Can lift up to 49 pounds, stand/walk during shifts lasting up to 12 hours, and be able to frequently push, pull, squat, bend and reach.
• Work 40 hours/week, and overtime as required.

Responsibilities

• Pick/pack orders, receive/stow product, ensure inventory accuracy, and unload/load trucks.
• Communicate instructions to other associates, motivate them, and keep work areas safe.
