Amazon Fulfillment Center in the United States is seeking Process Assistants to help with producing results in operations. Responsibilities include pick/pack orders, receive and stow product, ensure inventory accuracy, and unload/load trucks.

Lead Process Assistants will communicate instructions, motivate teams, and maintain safe work areas. The role requires lifting up to 49 pounds, standing for up to 12 hours, and working 40 hours per week with overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• 1+ year Microsoft Office experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Flexible schedule including weekends, nights, and holidays.
• Able to lift up to 49 pounds and stand/walk up to 12 hours.
• 40 hours per week with overtime as required.

Responsibilities

• Communicate instructions to associates and motivate them.
• Maintain safe and clean work areas.
• Perform production duties as needed (pick/pack, receive/stow, inventory, unload/load trucks).
