Goose Creek Candles LLC in Liberty, KY is seeking a Fulfillment Center Picker to support end-to-end order fulfillment. You will pick items accurately and quickly, scan barcodes, and maintain a clean, organized workspace within a team-focused environment.

The role requires stamina, the ability to stand and walk long distances, and lifting 10–20 pounds. Overtime is expected during peak seasons, with a Monday–Thursday schedule from 7:00 am to 5:30 pm.

Qualifications

• Must be able to stand for extended periods.
• Able to keep up in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to walk up to 10 miles daily.
• Able to lift 10–20 pounds.
• Demonstrates good communication and teamwork.
• Overtime is required during peak periods.

Responsibilities

• Scan barcodes to identify items for picking.
• Select correct product and quantity for orders.
• Ensure orders are picked accurately and quickly.
• Assist others in the picking department if needed.
• Keep the picking area clean and organized.
• Work as a team with other members.
