Job summary

Goose Creek Candles LLC is hiring a Fulfillment Center Picker to support order fulfillment from start to finish. You will be responsible for accurate picking, speed, and teamwork across zones, ensuring orders are prepared correctly and efficiently.

The role requires the ability to stand long periods, walk up to 10 miles daily, and lift 10–20 pounds as needed. Overtime may be required during peak seasons, and teamwork is essential.

Qualifications

• Be able to stand for extended periods during shifts.
• Maintain pace with workflow in a fast-paced environment.
• Be able to walk up to 10 miles daily.
• Capable of lifting 10–20 pounds from floor to waist.
• Adapt to changing assignments and priorities.
• Notice discrepancies in orders and products when filling them.
• Communicate clearly and work well in a team.

Responsibilities

• Scan barcodes to identify items to pick in assigned zones.
• Pick correct products and quantities; place in the right box.
• Ensure orders are picked accurately and efficiently.
• Assist teammates in the picking department as needed.
• Keep the area clean and organized; work as a team.
