Goose Creek Candles LLC in Liberty, KY is seeking a Fulfillment Center Picker to support order fulfillment with accuracy and efficiency. You will scan barcodes, pick correct items and quantities, and place them in the right shipping boxes while maintaining a clean, organized workspace.

The role requires being on your feet for long periods, ability to work fast-paced shifts, and strong teamwork. Overtime is common during peak periods and weekend hours are included.

Qualifications

• Be able to be on your feet for an extended time.
• Must be able to keep up with the workflow, often very fast-paced
• Be able to walk upwards of 10 miles a day
• Be able to lift 10-20 pounds from the floor to the waist
• Be able to adapt to changing situations and assignments
• Notice discrepancies in orders or products when filling them
• Have good communication skills and teamwork as a priority

Responsibilities

• Scan barcodes on boxes to see what items need to be picked in their desired zone
• Pick the correct product as well as the correct quantity of products and place in the correct box
• Make sure all orders are picked accurately and quickly as possible
• Help other people in the picking department if they are backed up or are picking up set-asides
• Keeps area clean and organized
• Works as a team with other team members
