This role requires stamina to stand long hours, the ability to walk extended distances, and strong teamwork and communication. Overtime is common during peak periods, with weekend shifts included.

Qualifications

• Stand for extended periods during shifts.
• Walk up to 10 miles daily.
• Lift 10–20 pounds from floor to waist.
• Must communicate well and work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Scan barcodes on boxes to identify items to pick in your zone.
• Pick the correct product and quantity and place in the correct box.
• Ensure orders are picked accurately and quickly.
• Help teammates when backup is needed and keep picking area organized.
• Work as a team with others and maintain clean, orderly areas.
