Job summary

Tate, a leader in data center infrastructure solutions, seeks a Picker and Packer in Glasgow, KY to accurately pick, pack, and stage customer orders. You will help ensure order accuracy, product quality, and timely fulfillment while maintaining a safe warehouse environment.

Responsibilities include using pallet jacks and forklifts as trained, lifting up to 50 pounds, and upholding safety and accuracy standards. This full-time role offers benefits and growth within Tate’s global team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous warehouse, fulfillment, or distribution experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Forklift experience preferred; certification or ability to obtain certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Pick products according to customer orders and work instructions.
• Verify item quantities and accuracy before packing.
• Pack products safely and securely for shipment.
• Stage completed orders in designated shipping areas.
• Operate pallet jacks and other material handling equipment.
• Operate forklifts, when trained and authorized, to move palletized products to shipping/staging areas.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and report discrepancies.
• Follow all safety, quality, and housekeeping standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
