Five Star Breaktime Solutions in Owensboro, KY is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join our fast-paced team. You will pick and assemble customer orders using warehouse management systems and handheld scanners, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

The role requires lifting up to 50 lbs, adherence to safety protocols, and collaboration with supervisors and teammates to complete orders on time. Previous warehouse experience is preferred and a valid driver’s license is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must consent to a drug screen and pre-employment background check.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds and perform lifting, bending, and reaching throughout the shift.
• Preferred: valid driver’s license with clean driving record; forklift/pallet jack experience.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pick and assemble customer orders using warehouse management systems and handheld scanners.
• Follow established processes to ensure accuracy, quality, and efficiency.
• Inspect products for damage and dispose of defective items according to company procedures.
• Safely lift, carry, and move products up to 50 lbs. throughout the shift.
• Assist with warehouse organization, restocking, and maintaining clean, safe work areas.
• Follow company safety protocols and participate in team safety meetings.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to ensure order completion.
