Job summary

Fanatics Commerce is seeking a Warehouse Associate in Las Vegas to support fulfillment operations. You will pick, pack, scan, receive, and ship products in a fast-paced environment, upholding the safety, quality, and accuracy standards that define the Fanatics experience.

You will work across shifts, lift up to 25 lbs, and leverage RF technology to ensure orders reach fans quickly, with a focus on precision, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Stand 8–10 hours per shift and walk up to 10 miles daily in a warehouse.
• Lift up to 25 lbs and stay active throughout shifts.
• Fast-paced, high-volume fulfillment/manufacturing environment.
• Strong communication and ability to follow instructions with minimal supervision.
• Minimum 18 years of age; English fluency required.
• Flexible schedule including overtime during peak season.

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack orders with precision and speed.
• Scan items using RF technology to maintain order accuracy.
• Receive, store, and organize inventory to keep operations running smoothly.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient work environment.
