Job summary

Patterson Companies, Inc. is seeking an experienced Fulfillment Center leader to partner with the Operations Manager and drive cost, quality, safety, and productivity goals in the Texas Roanoke facility.

You will supervise all activities within the fulfillment center, coordinate between departments, maintain compliance with SOPs and regulatory standards, and mentor staff to improve performance and service levels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience is required.
• 5+ years in supervision and at least 2 years of leadership responsibility.
• 3+ years ERP experience.
• 5+ years in customer facing role.
• Proven soft skills – analytical, problem solving, communication, interpersonal.
• Organized, strong attention to detail, and follow through on tasks.
• Demonstrated success in prioritizing and time-management.
• CPR & First Aid training completed upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of the fulfillment center department and drive KPI performance.
• Manage daily department functions including order filling, packing, receiving, and cycle counts.
• Ensure compliance with all regulations and Patterson SOPs and standards.
• Plan projections and long-range forecasts for operational volume and staffing.
• Collaborate with other departments to optimize customer satisfaction and safety.
