Job summary

Patterson Companies in Roanoke, AL is seeking an Operations Supervisor to lead the fulfillment center, driving cost, quality and safety improvements while ensuring productivity and process compliance.

You will partner with the FC Manager to manage staffing, training, and performance, track KPIs, and coordinate between departments to deliver exceptional customer service while upholding safety standards across the network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• 5+ years in supervision and at least 2 years of leadership responsibility.
• 3+ years ERP experience.
• 5+ years in customer facing role.
• Proven soft skills – analytical, problem solving, communication, interpersonal.
• Organized, strong attention to detail, and follow through on
• Demonstrated success in prioritizing and time-management.
• Complete provided CPR & First Aid training upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Track KPIs and communicate results to staff.
• Manage daily department functions including order filling, packing, loading, receiving and cycle counting.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and Patterson policies (ISO, VAWD, AIB, DEA).
• Establish daily/weekly projections and long-range forecasts for volume.
• Coordinate activities between departments to maximize customer satisfaction.
• Participate in QMS projects and committees.
• Oversee Safety, VAWD, AIB and related programs.
