Amazon is seeking a Process Assistant in Minnesota to support Area Managers and multiple Fulfillment Center areas. You will help allocate labor, lead meetings, and coordinate with internal and external suppliers while covering vacations and ensuring SOP compliance.

The role emphasizes safety, daily production goals, and OE tools usage. Strong communication, problem solving, and leadership skills are required for success in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of Microsoft Office products and applications experience.
• High school or equivalent required; further education a plus.
• Education beyond high school and/or prior experience managing employees is preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal skills are essential.
• Demonstrated problem solving and analytical abilities are required.
• Strong written and verbal communication across all levels of Amazon.

Responsabilités

• Support and work in the department as required.
• Assist in daily management of department duties, including labor allocation, leading meetings, and communicating with suppliers.
• Provide vacation coverage for Area Managers.
• Track and report ATS/labor hours.
• Assist in training associates and ensuring SOP compliance.
• Ensure area performance through tracking, reporting and feedback.
