Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance for a high-volume fulfillment center. You will guide the maintenance of miles of high-speed conveyance and robotic systems, while ensuring safety and reliability in daily operations.

You will supervise a focused maintenance team, coach on preventive maintenance practices, manage the maintenance budget, and align with client leadership to meet performance targets.

Qualifications

• Leadership of maintenance teams in large facilities.
• Experience with high-speed conveyance and robotic movement systems.
• Strong budget management and cost-control abilities.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safety-first culture for CBRE employees.
• Provide SME guidance for maintenance of conveyance and robotic systems.
• Supervise staff within a single functional area.
• Coach and mentor on preventive maintenance strategies, PM and PDM tasks.
• Direct the local team to meet daily maintenance metrics.
• Manage the maintenance-related budget for the fulfillment center.
• Plan staffing levels and labor utilization, including overtime.
• Deliver performance appraisals for staff.
• Collaborate with client leadership and operations teams.
