Job summary

CBRE Global Workplace Solutions seeks a Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance of a fulfillment center, focusing on reliability, safety, and equipment performance. You will work with senior operations staff and the client GM to deliver world-class maintenance practices and drive continuous improvement.

The role requires oversight of high-speed conveyance and packaging automation, with budget responsibility and staff leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field (Industrial, Electrical, Mechanical, Civil) is required.
• Minimum of 5+ years leading and coaching employees in a manufacturing environment; experience supervising hourly and salary staff.
• 2+ years with maintenance and upkeep of material handling equipment.
• 2+ years in packaging automation, distribution processes, and mechanical systems with power transmission.
• Excellent communication, presentation, problem solving and analytical skills.
• Advanced knowledge of financial terms, forecasting and budgeting; proficient with MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safety-first culture for all CBRE personnel on site.
• Provide SME to staff involved in maintenance of high-speed conveyance and robotic systems.
• Direct the local team to meet daily maintenance metrics and budgets.
• Lead planning of staffing levels and labor utilization, including overtime.
• Prepare and deliver performance appraisals for staff.
• Participate in incident investigations, audits, and other required activities.
