Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC in Nashville, TN seeks an experienced Construction Manager to lead the Remote to Local project delivery for large-scale fulfillment center builds. You will coordinate with Real Estate, Operations, Design and Launch teams, manage budgets, schedules, and contractor relationships, and drive design through hand-off to Operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Construction Management or Engineering or related field.
• Experience as Architect, Engineer, Construction Manager, or Owner's PM representative.
• 3+ years of project management, real estate development, architecture/design experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the RFP process, vet contractor proposals and select design-build teams.
• Coordinate with designers, cost estimators, and builders to finalize budget and schedule.
• Obtain information and decisions to complete construction drawings.
• Manage approvals from building landlords and authorities having jurisdiction.
• Serve as primary Amazon representative for permitting and utility integration.
• Monitor site progress, schedule milestones, and communicate status to stakeholders.
• Develop capital appropriation requests and manage approved budgets.
• Coordinate with launch/startup teams on turnover and area phasing.
