Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience using a computer to input, access, modify, or output information.
• Experience using common retail technology such as smartphones and tablets.
• Certification for Counterbalance Forklift, Order Picker, and Narrow Aisle Reach Truck is required.

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage, inspect, and fulfill customer orders accurately and on time, keeping staging areas clean and safe.
• Deliver excellent service by selecting quality items, validating orders, answering questions, and connecting customers with associates.
• Operate and maintain certification for powered equipment and follow safety requirements.
• Support inventory accuracy using the Orders App and SIMS compliance; work with leadership to resolve short picks.
• Complete administrative, maintenance, and readiness tasks; report safety or theft concerns promptly.
• Maintain a customer-first mindset with strong communication and teamwork; may be assigned other duties.
