Qualifications

• Powered Equipment Certification: Counterbalance Forklift, Order Picker, and Narrow Aisle Reach Truck (required; must be obtained if not already certified).

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage, inspect, and fulfill customer orders accurately and on time.
• Deliver excellent service by selecting high quality items and directing customers to the right associates.
• Operate and maintain certification for powered equipment and follow safety requirements.
• Support inventory accuracy using the Orders App and maintain SIMS compliance.
• Complete audits, order follow-ups, locker management, and report safety or theft concerns.
• Perform daily tasks with a customer-first mindset and strong teamwork.
• May be assigned other duties to support the business needs.
