Job summary

The Fountain Group in Columbus, OH is seeking a detail-oriented professional to process state or customer documents within a 6-month contract. You will follow established SOPs and use Microsoft Office tools to ensure accuracy and timely issue resolution.

You will create process documentation, assist in training on policy changes, and work with internal teams to resolve licensing matters while analyzing data to drive improvements and support special projects.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum two years of customer service or related work experience required.
  • Prior experience with Microsoft Office applications preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Process state or customer documents following SOPs using proprietary and Microsoft suite applications.
  • Create process documentation and assist in issue resolution with internal and external customers.
  • Train and implement process and policy changes; assist customers, team members and vendors with training.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success Associates, Filing Specialists, and other teams to resolve licensing matters promptly.
  • Analyze data and recommend process improvements and reporting; participate in special projects.

Job description

Shift:
  • Working Hours: M-F 9:00 am – 5:00 pm
  • 6-month contract

Pay: $20-21/Hour

Overview:
  • The role is responsible for processing state or customer documents following established Standard Operating Procedures utilizing proprietary and Microsoft suite applications
  • Create process documentation and assist in issue resolution with internal and external customers
  • Work with team members to assist in the training and implementation of process and policy changes Assist customers, team members and/or vendors with training on products, jurisdictional requirements using a consultative approach.
  • The role will also be responsible for working closely with Customer Success Associates, Filing Specialists, and other internal teams to ensure timely resolution of pending licensing matters.
  • Analyze data and recommend process improvements and reporting Assist in special project work as assigned
Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent Required
  • A minimum of two years of customer service or related work experience Required.
  • Prior utilization of Microsoft suite applications preferred.
