Job summary

Corpay in Louisville, KY is seeking a Fulfillment Analyst to support day‑to‑day fulfillment operations through data analysis, inventory monitoring, and reporting. The role works with Client Services, IT, Production and warehouse partners to ensure accuracy and drive improvements.

The ideal candidate is analytical, detail‑oriented, highly organized, and adept at investigating issues from data and coordinating with multiple teams for resolution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• 5+ years in fulfillment, operations, supply chain, inventory, or data analysis.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills to identify root causes.

Responsibilities

• Collect, validate, reconcile data from multiple systems.
• Monitor inventory movement across warehouses; investigate variances.
• Analyze daily order files to identify discrepancies and resolve issues.
• Process and validate requests from the ticketing system.
• Identify process inefficiencies and drive data‑driven improvements.
• Collaborate with Production, Client Services, IT and warehouse teams to troubleshoot issues.
• Support continuous improvement to increase efficiency and inventory accuracy.
• Own assigned operational issues through to resolution and follow‑up.
