Responsibilities

• Ensure efficient service delivery and alignment with business needs.
• Drive reporting, analysis, and performance tracking.
• Support production of alternate format beneficiary correspondence.
• Validate and transmit print jobs with designated file transfer methods to vendors.
• Ensure all jobs are completed according to deadlines.
• Act as vendor interface for issues with jobs sent for processing and completion.
• Track daily jobs and volumes, including letter type.
• Update Operating Procedure Manuals as required.
• Bridge clients, project managers and technical staff to define and share business requirements and impacts.
• Identify and escalate file, data, or production issues that may affect quality or delivery.
• Support UAT, defect resolution and solution implementation activities.
