Job summary

Penske Truck Leasing in Cincinnati, OH is seeking a Customer Service Representative Fueler/Washer to fuel, wash, and inspect vehicles before they hit the road. You’ll greet customers, ensure cleanliness, and support safe operations.

This role offers second shift with premium pay and opportunities for training and career growth. A valid driver’s license and strong customer service are required, with the ability to work outdoors and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• The ability to work well as part of a team.
• The ability and willingness to work outside.
• Basic mechanical ability and tool usage (preferred).
• Basic computer skills.
• Adherence to Penske safety and maintenance policies including DOT/OSHA rules.

Responsibilities

• Greeting our customers and making sure they have a great experience as you fuel and wash vehicles.
• Performing vehicle readiness inspections to ensure tires, fluids, and other basic maintenance items are checked.
• Helping keep facilities clean and safe for customers and associates.
• Training and hands-on coaching to perform minor repairs such as installing mounted tires, replacing or rotating tires, and preventive maintenance.
• Completing other projects and tasks as assigned by supervisor.
