Job summary

Penske is seeking a Fleet Maintenance Fueler Washer to fuel, wash, and prep customer vehicles. You will greet customers, perform basic inspections, and help keep facilities safe and clean. No experience required—training will teach you to use Penske maintenance tech tools and advance toward technician roles.

You’ll join a team with competitive pay ($24.25/hour), steady hours on 1st shift, and strong benefits. Commitment to safety and DOT/OSHA guidelines is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to comply with DOT/OSHA safety policies and Penske rules.
• Willingness to pass background checks and drug screening as required.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and fuel/wash vehicles to ensure a great first impression.
• Perform vehicle readiness inspections (tires, fluids, basic maintenance).
• Help keep facilities clean and safe for customers and staff.
• Learn and perform minor repairs and maintenance with on‑the‑job coaching.
• Complete other tasks as assigned by supervisor.
