Job summary

Penske Truck Leasing in Elkhart, IN is seeking a Fleet Maintenance Fueler Washer to fuel, wash, and inspect vehicles to keep them road-ready. No prior experience is required, and Penske provides comprehensive training to help you grow into a technician role.

Expect a second shift from 2:30pm to 11:00pm with a $2.50 shift premium on top of the base pay. This position offers career stability, strong benefits, and opportunities to advance using Penske’s advanced maintenance technology.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work well as part of a team.
• Willingness to work outside and in a dynamic environment.
• Basic mechanical ability and tool usage preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greeting customers and ensuring a positive experience while fueling and washing vehicles.
• Performing vehicle readiness inspections for tires, fluids, and basic maintenance.
• Keep facilities clean and safe for customers and associates.
• Learn and perform minor repairs and preventive maintenance tasks.
• Complete other projects as assigned by supervisor.
