Job summary

Penske Truck Leasing in Knoxville, TN is hiring a Fleet Maintenance Fueler Washer to fuel, wash, and inspect vehicles prior to road use. You will greet customers, keep facilities clean, and learn basic maintenance through on‑the‑job training. The role offers a clear path toward technician progression.

Shift: Tue–Sat 2pm–10pm with a focus on safety, teamwork, and excellent customer service. Valid driver's license and willingness to work outdoors are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school or equivalent required; valid driver’s license preferred.
• Customer service and communication skills are essential.
• Ability to work outdoors and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and ensure a positive experience during fueling and vehicle washing.
• Perform vehicle readiness inspections and basic maintenance checks.
• Maintain clean, safe work areas and assist with minor repairs as trained.
• Participate in training programs to grow into technician roles.
• Complete tasks assigned by supervisor.
