Job summary

Penske Truck Leasing is seeking a Fleet Maintenance Fueler Washer in Youngstown, OH. You’ll greet customers and ensure vehicles are fueled and washed, delivering a positive first and last impression before they hit the road again.

You’ll perform vehicle readiness inspections on tires and fluids, help keep facilities clean and safe, and develop your skills through hands-on coaching on minor repairs such as tire mounting and preventive maintenance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, equivalent, or prior work experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills; ability to work in a team.
• Must understand and comply with safety policies and DOT/OSHA rules; willing to work outdoors.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and fuel and wash vehicles to ensure a great experience.
• Perform vehicle readiness inspections including tires and fluids.
• Keep facilities clean and safe for customers and associates.
• Develop skills through training and coaching for minor repairs such as tire work and preventive maintenance.
• Complete other projects and tasks as assigned by supervisor.
