Penske Truck Leasing in Lexington, KY is seeking a Fleet Maintenance Fueler Washer. You will fuel, wash, and greet customers, ensuring vehicles are ready for service and safe before they hit the road again.

No prior experience required; you’ll learn maintenance processes, use our technology, and build skills toward becoming a technician with Penske’s strong training and benefits. This role offers stability and growth in a team-focused environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent or prior work experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work well as part of a team.
• Willingness to work outdoors and in various weather conditions.
• Basic mechanical ability and tool usage (preferred).
• Basic computer skills.
• Must comply with Penske safety and maintenance policies.

Responsibilities

• Greeting customers and ensuring a great experience as you fuel and wash vehicles.
• Performing vehicle readiness inspections for tires, fluids and basic maintenance.
• Maintaining clean, safe facilities for customers and associates.
• Training and hands-on coaching to perform minor repairs like mounting/rotating tires and preventive maintenance.
• Completing other projects and tasks as assigned by supervisor.
