TAIT & Associates, Inc. in California is seeking a Fuel Systems Technician to perform electrical, construction, maintenance, testing, and repair work on commercial fuel systems.

This field-based role includes wiring and conduit installation, equipment diagnostics, and compliance testing with a clear path into a Construction Foreman role. The role requires 2–5 years' related experience, NEC knowledge, a relevant electrical license or journeyman cert is preferred, and ability to travel to job

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of related commercial electrical construction and supervision.
• Electrical licenses or journeyman/apprentice certification a plus.
• Knowledge of NEC, power distribution, lighting, and low-voltage systems.
• Read electrical/construction plans and machine diagnostic reports.

Responsibilities

• Install and terminate conduit and wiring for fuel system components and generator equipment.
• Test, troubleshoot, and repair UST/AST systems and related equipment.
• Perform testing for containment and vapor recovery; assist on-site construction and repairs.
• Complete logs and progress reports; meet project deadlines.
• Travel to job sites as required.
