Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• 2+ years of experience in fuel management or inventory management.
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
• Knowledge of LARA regulations and above-ground storage tank requirements is a plus.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and fuel management software systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor fuel inventory levels across locations.
• Analyze fuel usage trends, identify discrepancies, and recommend solutions.
• Ensure accuracy of fuel data reporting and maintain detailed records.
• Conduct regular audits of fuel inventory and reconcile discrepancies.
• Oversee compliance with safety regulations related to fuel handling and storage.
• Assist with maintaining and submitting documentation for regulatory compliance.
• Train employees on fuel management procedures and safety practices.
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and regulatory agencies as needed.
• Support emergency response efforts related to fuel management and storage.
