Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in accounts payable, accounting, financial analysis, or related field.
• Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field preferred but not required.
• Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills including ability to investigate discrepancies.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel with data analysis and reporting.
• Experience with ERP systems, accounting software, or financial platforms.
• Ability to navigate multiple systems to conduct detailed transaction research.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage high volumes with accuracy.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Process approximately 100 fuel supplier invoices daily with manual entry outside automated systems.
• Review automated invoice-to-BOL matching results and investigate discrepancies.
• Verify supplier invoices against BOLs and delivery records to identify errors.
• Research invoice exceptions across supplier portals, ERP systems, and internal docs to trace transactions.
• Investigate missing/incomplete BOLs by tracing fuel transactions and coordinating with teams.
• Collaborate with suppliers and internal departments to validate charges and obtain supporting docs.
• Maintain organized records of invoice exceptions, communications, and resolutions; follow up on open items.
• Identify recurring billing discrepancies and operational breakdowns; recommend corrective actions.
• Support vendor statement reconciliations and payment discrepancy investigations.
